Wildwoods is versatile and perfect for hosting weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, retirement parties, corporate events, and more. Our spaces can be customized to fit the theme and style of your event.

2. How do I book an event at Wildwoods?

To book your event, please contact us via phone or email, or fill out the inquiry form on our website. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

3. What are the capacity limits for your venue?

Our venue can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests indoors. For specific details regarding different setups and space configurations, please contact us directly.

4. Can I visit the venue before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage potential clients to schedule a tour to see the facilities and discuss specific event details. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

5. What services are included in the basic hall rental?

The basic hall rental includes seating for up to 100 guests, use of round and buffet tables, basic linens for buffet tables, and access to our Bluetooth speaker system. Additional services and amenities are available upon request.

6. Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Yes, all events are subject to a 7% sales tax and a 4% payment processing fee. Additional fees may apply for extra services such as additional hours, upgraded decor, and specialized staff support.

7. Can we bring our own food and beverages?

We offer comprehensive catering services and have a variety of menu options to suit all tastes. Due to licensing and insurance policies, all food and beverages must be provided through Wildwoods’ catering service, except for special items like wedding cakes.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days of the event will require payment of 50% of the estimated total cost. Specific details are included in our rental agreement.
