Our Pricing

$500 – Basic Hall Rental 4 hours

 

This includes your set-up and clean-up time so please account for that within your reservation timeframe. Additional time is at $100 per hour. Our basic hall rental includes seating for up to 100 guests, Twelve - round tables (seats 6-8), Five - buffet tables for food/desserts/gifts, table linens on the buffet area tables only, & use of our Bluetooth speaker. PLUS, our beautiful upgraded wood chairs are now included in your basic hall rental.

We require a 25% deposit of your total invoice to secure your date. An additional 25% of your total invoice is due 90 days prior to your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.  All final invoices will include sales tax (7%) and payment processing fee (4%) on the full invoice amount.  

NOTE: A minimum $250.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations, without exception.

REQUIRED WITH HALL RENTAL:

$100 Servers/Attendants - Rest assured you will appreciate the helpful assistance of our servers/attendants with your set-up, clean-up, and maintenance so you can enjoy your special occasion! Our servers/attendants are here to assist throughout your event starting at $100/per each server/attendant for up to a 4-hour party. Additional hours at $25/each per hour. Any parties over 50 guests we will require a minimum of two servers.

NOTE: An additional server/attendant may be required for parties over 50 guests,

$195 Stress Free Party Package - Includes table linens (linen cleaning fee included) in your choice of available colors, table runners (linen cleaning fee included) in your choice of available colors, use of our in-house centerpieces (can be customized, within reason, to meet your colors & theme!), glass carafes at each table for water (upon request), tiered dessert trays, use of two backdrop frames with curtains (choose curtain colors from: white/champagne/black)

$100 Graduation Open House Package - Includes use of our senior banner display frame (up to 3 banners), table easels to display collage posters, and our graduation banners and table decor.

$50 French Provençal Settee or Floral Loveseat - Choose from our elegant white French Provençal settee or our fun floral loveseat for the cutest photos when opening your gifts!

$350 Formal Party Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS our elegant roll-top stainless chafing warmers, and one Server to help throughout your 4-hour event. Extend Server time and/or add Servers for an additional fee.

  

$295 Tea Party Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS a lovely classic assortment of real china teacups, saucers, and platters for food and desserts! 

(For parties of up to 50 or less. For parties over 50, add $55.)

$350 Wedding/Vow Renewal Ceremony Package #1 - Includes a one-hour pre-wedding consultation, wedding ceremony set-up in the Wild Wood's room with reception to follow immediately in the same room, and use of our curtain backdrops decorated with our in-house wedding florals. 

$650 Wedding/Vow Renewal Ceremony Package #2 - Includes a one-hour pre-wedding consultation, wedding ceremony set-up in the Palazzo Room with reception to follow immediately in the Wild Wood's room, and use of our curtain backdrops decorated with our in-house wedding florals.

$650 Wedding/Vow Renewal Ceremony Package #3 - Includes a one-hour pre-wedding consultation, wedding ceremony set-up in our beautiful outdoor courtyard with reception to follow immediately in the Wild Wood's room, and use of our outdoor backdrops.

$695 Wedding/Vow Renewal Reception Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS a one-hour pre-wedding reception consultation, reception room set-up, use of any of our in-house wedding florals and decor, or we will assist with set-up of your decor so you can enjoy your special day without worry! ADD our elegant formal stainless chafing warmers for $100. 

$250 Wedding Ceremony/Vow Renewal REHEARSAL Package - Includes a two-hour rental time for your rehearsal on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (based on our availability), light snacks up to 12 guests (up to 20 guests, add $25), and your choice of one from: coffee, iced tea, or lemonade. Dinner and bar packages available for an additional fee.

 

Balloon Decor -- balloon arches, towers, and centerpieces in customizable colors starting at $325. Individual balloon centerpieces available starting at $25 per table.
