$500 – Basic Hall Rental 4 hours, this includes your set-up and clean-up time so please account for that within your reservation. Additional time is at $100 per hour. Our basic hall rental includes seating for up to 100 guests, 5’ round tables (seats 6-8), 8’ buffet tables, use of our kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, microwave), 2 beverage refrigerators, black table linens on the buffet area tables only, bluetooth speaker, and NEW! our beautiful upgraded wood chairs are now included in your basic hall rental.

We require a 50% deposit on the hall rental to secure your date and a 50% deposit on all additional add-on services. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. All final invoices will include sales tax (7%) and payment processing fee (3%) on the full invoice amount.
REQUIRED WITH HALL RENTAL:
$100 Servers/Attendants - We promise you will appreciate the assistance of our servers/attendants with your set-up, clean-up, and maintenance so you can enjoy your special occasion! Our servers/attendants are here to assist throughout your event starting at $100/per each server/attendant for up to a 4-hour party. Additional hours may be added at $25/each per hour. Any parties over 50 guests we will require a minimum of two servers.
NOTE: When using Wild Wood's in-house catering services, your servers/attendants are already included in the pricing so the above additional fee will not be charged.

$150 Stress Free Party Package - Includes table linens in your choice of available colors, use of our in-house centerpieces, glass carafes at each table for water (upon request), chafing wire racks/water trays (sternos are an additional fee), serving utensils, coffee/tea service (includes coffee, tea, sweeteners/creamer, ceramic cups), tiered dessert trays, party tins, backdrop frame with curtain, use of our beverage dispensers when bringing lemonade/iced tea
$50 French Provençal Settee or Floral Loveseat - Choose from our elegant white French Provençal settee or our fun floral loveseat for the cutest photos when opening your gifts!
$325 Formal Party Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS our elegant roll-top stainless chafing warmers, and one Server to help throughout your 4-hour event. Extend Server time and/or add Servers for an additional fee.
$225 Tea Party Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS a classic assortment of real china teacups, saucers, and platters for food and desserts!
(This package upgrade is available for parties of 60 or less.)
$250 Wedding Ceremony Package - Includes a one-and-a-half hour pre-wedding consultation, wedding ceremony set-up, and use of our lighted white backdrops decorated with our in-house wedding florals.
$650 Wedding Reception Package - Includes everything in the "Stress Free Party Package" PLUS a one-and-a-half hour pre-wedding reception consultation, reception room set-up, use of any of our in-house wedding florals and decor, or we will assist with set-up of your decor so you can enjoy your special day without worry! ADD our elegant formal stainless chafing warmers for $100.
$100 Graduation Open House Package - Includes senior banner display frame, easels to display collage posters, and a projector and screen for your slideshow

At Wild Wood’s we believe in supporting small business and we have teamed up with some of the best local restaurants and caterers in the area so that we can offer exclusive food options and pricing to our guests! Click on our Catering page to view several of the menus we provide. Most of our menus can be customized to meet your specific needs and budget. Please plan for the additional cost of servers, plus 18% gratuity & sales tax on all catering invoices.
